1. Data controller

2. Data we process
When you contact us or request a booking, we may process:
- your name, telephone number and email address,
- the selected game, date, start time, duration and estimated number of players,
- any note you choose to provide,
- the booking status and related organisational communication,
- basic technical information needed to operate the website securely, such as IP address, request time and browser type.
We do not ask for special categories of personal data. Please do not send sensitive information that is not needed to organise your game.
3. Why we use the data
We use booking details to check availability, manually approve a request, agree the date, assign an instructor, send confirmations and reminders, and deal with changes or cancellations.
The main legal basis is taking steps before entering into a contract and performing the contract. We may also rely on our legitimate interests to secure the service, prevent misuse, solve operational issues and provide proportionate customer care. Where the law requires us to retain a document, processing is based on that legal obligation.
A person always makes the final booking decision. Availability may be checked automatically, but we do not use automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
4. Who may access the data
We disclose information only as needed to operate the service and process a booking:
- authorised Laserhry.cz instructors,
- Google for Calendar and related email services,
- Telegram for internal notifications and manual approval,
- OVHcloud as our server infrastructure provider and our email provider,
- other parties where required by law or necessary to protect our rights.
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers are governed by the applicable legal safeguards and the provider’s terms.
5. Google APIs and calendars
The application uses Google Calendar only to check availability and manage booking and instructor events in calendars dedicated to Laserhry.cz. We do not sell information obtained through Google APIs, use it for advertising profiles or provide it to third parties for their own marketing.
Our use of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
6. Retention
We retain information only for as long as needed to process the booking, hold the event, provide necessary follow-up communication and resolve possible claims. Retention depends on the purpose, nature of the data and applicable statutory periods. Records required for accounting or other legal duties may be kept for the period required by law.
We do not store the booking configurator conversation as a separate customer profile. Operational booking information may remain for the necessary period in the application’s internal state, calendars and email communication.
7. Cookies and measurement
The website uses technical means necessary for its operation and may use Google tools to measure traffic and evaluate promotion. These tools may use cookies or similar identifiers. You can restrict or delete cookies in your browser settings. Restricting some cookies may affect measurement, but not your basic ability to contact us or submit a booking request.
8. Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access to, correction or erasure of your data, restriction of processing, data portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting prior lawful processing.
